Students Visit the Netherlands

A group of second-cycle students from the University of Banja Luka took part in a five-day visit to the Netherlands, from 7 to 11 April 2025.

The participants included students from the University of Banja Luka: Anastasija Dragnić from the Faculty of Medicine, Nikolina Bundalo and Boris Risojević from the Faculty of Economics, and Stojanka Bilić from the Faculty of Forestry.

The visit, part of the BIHOS project, aimed at strengthening the knowledge and capacities of young people in the fields of security and social development, provided the students with the opportunity to tour the Dutch Parliament and a leading university, where they held discussions with experts, professors and parliamentarians on topics related to security, international politics and international relations. 

This study visit is the second of a total of four planned activities within the BIHOS project. In addition to the study visit, two workshops are planned in Sarajevo and one in Banja Luka. The visit to the Netherlands stemmed from the cooperation between the scientific research organisation European Defendology Centre Banja Luka, the Centre for Security Studies Sarajevo and the Centre for European Security Studies in Groningen, the Netherlands.
