A study visit to the Institute „Mihajlo Pupin“ in Belgrade
GeneralChief librarian at the Faculty of Philology and a project assistant, Dragan Dragomirović, PhD, paid a study visit to the Institute „Mihajlo Pupin“ in Belgrade, in the period 16 to 27 December 2024.
The goal of the visit was to get acquainted with the system of scientific-research infrastructure in the Republic of Serbia, identifying good practices, lessons learned, and their possible application at the University of Banja Luka and the Republic of Srpska.
During his stay, Dragomirović had an opportunity to discuss the possibilities of continuing joint project activities with the Head of the Centre for researching science and technology at the Institute „Mihajlo Pupin“, Sanja Popović Pantić, PhD. He also met with Aleksandra Mihailović, Assistant Director of the Institute of Intellectual Property of Serbia, and talked to Miloš Milošević, PhD, science advisor and Head of Centre for fast development of prototypes at the Innovation centre of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – University of Belgrade, and Saša Lazović, PhD, science advisor and Deputy Director of the Institute of Physics at University of Belgrade.
This visit was organized within the international project POLICY ANSWERS R&I POLICY making, implementation ANd Support in the WEsteRn BalkanS, where the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Banja Luka and the Institute „Mihajlo Pupin“ in Belgrade are partners in the project.
