Cooperation with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Economic Sciences of Graz

The Agreement on Academic Cooperation between the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Banja Luka and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Economic Sciences of the Technical University Graz was signed on May 19 in the premises of the Rectorate of the University of Banja Luka.

On behalf of the University of Banja Luka, the agreement was signed by Vice-Rector for International and Interuniversity Cooperation Prof. Milica Balaban, PhD, and Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Prof. Aleksandar Milašinovć, PhD, and on behalf of the Technical University Graz, by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Stefan Vorbach and Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Economic Sciences Franz Haas.

The cooperation between the two faculties, as defined by the agreement, will take place through the exchange of academic and administrative staff and researchers, joint participation in research projects, and a series of other joint academic and scientific activities.

Before the signing of the agreement, which was attended by Vice-Rector for Teaching and Student Affairs of the University of Banja Luka Prof. Strain Posavljak, PhD, and Vice-Dean for Scientific Research and International Cooperation of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Prof. Stevo Borojević, PhD, the delegation from Graz visited our Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. It was an opportunity for the guests to visit the laboratories of the faculty and to discuss the establishment of cooperation between the two higher education institutions.
