In the first part, Professor Dušanić introduced the participants to the theory of various interactive techniques that are universal in nature and can be used in the implementation of any teaching topic. In the second part, divided into seven small groups in which they performed exercises and gave feedback to each another, participants practiced creating structures of interactive classes for topics of their choice in the fields of their interest: informatics, history, literature, pedagogy, psychology, economics, ecology, but also from other areas.
Given that interactive teaching techniques encourage more creative work, critical thinking and the acquisition of functional knowledge, we hope that these and similar educations will contribute to the improvement of the teaching process at the University of Banja Luka.
Every last Wednesday of the month, lectures and workshops dedicated to the professional development of teaching staff and improvement of teacher competences are held at the Faculty of Philosophy.
