Cooperation Agreed on Many Entrepreneurship Projects
University of Banja LukaGeneralRepresentatives of the Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer Centre of the University of Banja Luka and the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska agreed on future cooperation on many entrepreneurship projects at the meeting held on 19 February 2021.
At the meeting in the premises of the Rectorate of the University of Banja Luka, cooperation was agreed on projects that contribute to the development of student and social entrepreneurship. Also, the plan is to work together on projects related to the cooperation of students with the corporate, but also projects related to energy efficiency. Special focus was put on the possibility of organizing a competition for the best business idea in the future.
Contribution of the University in creating the Strategy for Developing Small and Medium Enterprises in the Republic of Srpska for the period 2021-2027 was especially emphasized.
As representatives of the Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer Centre, the meeting was attended by Anđela Pepić, MA, Head of the Centre and Predrag Govedarica, Senior Expert Associate for Entrepreneurship Development. The delegation led by Assistant Minister of Economy Rajko Lajić included Milka Latinčić, Head of the Department for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises, Stela Pavlović, Head of the Unit for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises and Milena Aćimović, Senior Expert Associate for Small and Medium Enterprises. Also, the meeting was attended by Assist. Prof. Dragan Gligorić, PhD, Vice Dean for Teaching and Student Affairs at the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka.
