Cash Awards for Professors and Assistants of the University of Banja Luka

At its 34th session held on 4 November 2019, the Steering Committee of the University of Banja Luka considered the opinion of the University Awards Committee and decided that cash awards be assigned to professors and assistants for the international results achieved in their scientific research.

The awards were divided into two categories. 

Namely, cash awards in gross amounts were assigned to the professors and assistants of the University of Banja Luka who are authors of the research paper published in 2018 in the indexed scientific journal that can be found in the bibliographic and citation database Web of Science (WoS). This year, cash awards were assigned to 51 professors and assistants from 12 organizational units, as compared to last year when 33 professors and assistants from ten organizational units got cash awards. (Enclosure 1). 

Cash awards in net amounts were also assigned to the professors and assistants of the University of Banja Luka who were managers/coordinators or participants in international scientific research projects in 2018. The awards were given to eights professors and assistants from three organizational units. (Enclosure 2).

The total monetary fund for this year’s award assignment amounted to BAM 70,000 and it was increased by BAM 20,000 compared to last year.
