Special attention in this book is drawn to the topics that Professor Tomas made available here to the general scientific public for the first time, such as: defining the natural and social global order; the paradox of competition in the global environment and the generation of economic power as a factor of distribution; specificities of negative selection and moral hazard in the global market, and, in particular, analysis of changes in the concentration of economic power balance in economic globalization. In this analysis he used his own Relative Concentration Index (IRC), which he formulated several years ago.
