Donation for the University and the RS Higher Education Accreditation Agency  

The University of Novi Sad and the Provincial Secretariat for Higher Education and Scientific Research gave a donation on 10 June 2019 – five laptops to the University of Banja Luka and the Higher Education Accreditation Agency of the Republic of Srpska each.

Rector of the University of Banja Luka Prof. Radoslav Gajanin, PhD, thanked for the donation and stressed that cooperation with the University of Novi Sad is very important to the University of Banja Luka.

„The University of Novi Sad contributed imponderably to the survival of UNIBL in difficult times and we are very grateful for that“, said Rector Gajanin.

According to him, the University of Banja Luka is open for continuing the good cooperation, which would  be reflected in the exchange of students, as well as the exchange of professors and staff. Moreover, Rector Gajanin also emphasized the importance of joint projects.

Rector of the University of Novi Sad Prof. Dejan Jaksic, PhD, stressed that there is scope for cooperation and connection between these two higher education institutions. 

Rector Jaksic delivered the donation to Rector Gajanin and the Director of RS Higher Education Accreditation Agency Biljana Vojvodic.

The meeting and donation delivery was also attended by the Assistant Minister for Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska Radmila Pejic, PhD, Provincial Secretary for Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof. Zoran Milosevic, PhD, Vice Rector for Teaching and Students Issues Prof. Strain Posavljak, PhD, and Vice Rector for International and Interuniversity Cooperation Prof. Biljana Antunovic, PhD.
