The delegation was composed of 25 aldermen, employed with various institutions, among whom were university professors interested in establishing contact with the representatives of the University and discussing potential cooperation
Reminding the present of the fact that in November last year the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation with the mayors of the cities of Banja Luka, Sarajevo and Mostar respectively was signed in Dayton, regulating the cooperation at university level as well, Ms Vhaley pointed out that the primary goal of the visit was to define concrete features of the cooperation, such as students' exchange programmes.
The Rector supported the idea and thanked the guests for their pronounced interest for establishing relations with the University. In addition, the Rector informed them of the initiative at the University of starting all-English study programmes aimed at attracting foreign students, and he expressed his hopes of the professors from Dayton taking an active part in these activities as well.
