Rector Stanko Stanic received the players from the women's volleyball players and the management of the UVC ''BL volley''

On 25 April 2014, the Rector of the University of Banja Luka, Prof. Stanko Stanic, received the players of the University women's volleyball club ''BL volley'' led by the club president, Mr Milan Torbica, and the coach, Mr Drasko Madzar.



Rector Stanic congratulated the players and the club management on outstanding successes in this season, crowned by the title of the champion of the Republic of Srpska for 2013/2014, which at the same time provided this club with the opportunity to participate in Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the following season.

The Rector was especially pleased with the fact that the players were also very good students, and expressed his hopes that they would be successful both as students and as sportswomen.



The club president also thanked the Rector on the support they had received so far and expressed his hopes that the cooperation would continue, and then he gave the Rector an appropriate present.

The coach, Drasko Madzar, praised the players for their efforts and devotion and pointed out that, even though the season had finished, they still practiced diligently and it was these days that they were attending an important tournament in Novi Sad.
