The goal of studying this course is for students to acquire basic and produced knowledge about the most important issues and legal institutes of the law of general administrative procedure and the law of administrative dispute, that is, the administrative regime of the necessary competent state body and competent authority and competent administrative body. The ultimate goal is to give students the best possible theoretical and practical opportunities to work on the issues of the law of general administrative procedure and administrative-judicial procedure. | ||||

Jurisdiction for decision-making in administrative proceedings. Party in administrative proceedings. Ways of communication between participants in the administrative procedure. Deadlines and reinstatement. Costs of the procedure Maintaining order in the procedure. Initiation of the procedure and merging of administrative matters into one procedure. Dispositive party actions in the procedure. Abbreviated procedure. Special examination procedure. Termination of first-instance proceedings. Appeal procedure. Extraordinary legal remedies in administrative proceedings. Administrative executive procedure. Types and forms of control over the work of the administration.
